The Centre Director, Duncan Hand, will present an update on the development of a UK National Strategy for Laser-based Manufacturing at the EPSRC Manufacturing the Future Conference, in Glasgow on the 23rd & 24th September.

The Centre will host a plenary session titled "Laser-based Manufacturing: Towards a National Strategy for UK Growth" including presentations from Stewart Williams and Ken Lipton, Rofin-Sinar UK and concluding with an update on progress towards the National Strategy.

The Consultation on the "UK Roadmap 2014: Laser-based Manufacturing" a document that will inform the National Strategy process, is closing tomorrow.  Please see this link to access the draft document and send us your feedback.
